ORDER PROCESSING
Unless otherwise noted, orders generally require 3-5 business days to process (excludes custom design work). Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If in the case an item is on back order, we will notify you immediately when the item(s) will ship. You will have the option to cancel your order if you wish. All printable designs typically take 2-3 business days to be emailed to you. If you need the files sooner, please email us before placing order to ensure we can meet your deadline. Rush fees may apply.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Currently we ship only within the U.S. via UPS, USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Orders generally ship out from our studio within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted. Actual shipping time varies depending on destination and postal service delivery schedule but generally will take about 2-5 business days to arrive. Custom orders are subject to separate shipping fees.

SALES TAX
Sales tax of 9.5% will be applied to all orders shipped within California.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the cost of shipping. Item(s) must be in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Please email us at orders@designsbyyu.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted without approval. We are unable to accept returns/exchanges on custom orders. However, if an error was made on our part, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional charge to you.
COLOR DISPLAYS
Although we make every effort to represent colors on our products accurately on our site, colors may vary due to different computer monitor settings.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
Due to the handmade nature of some of our products, slight variations may occur. We do, however, strive to provide the highest quality in craftsmanship and will not sell any product that does not meet or exceed our expectations.
