Once we have received your form, we will determine if an in-person consultation is necessary or a brief chat on the phone or email is enough to get us started. We will discuss in detail your vision, ideals and inspiration to determine the overall look & style.
Following the consultation we will prepare an estimate for your project. Estimates do not include shipping or applicable sales tax. Upon approval of the estimate, a signed letter of agreement and a non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $200 is required. This amount will be applied to your order.
We will begin the design process and create two different proofs for you to select from. At which time we ask that you review format and layout. Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds will be billed at $50/hour. Revisions will be applied to a final proof for approval. Note: Design proofs will be sent electronically. Depending on the intricacy of your project, it may take anywhere from 1 - 3 weeks to receive your first proof.
Once the final design proof is approved, the remaining balance along with shipping/delivery fees and applicable sales tax are due and a signed order confirmation is required before proceeding with production. Production time varies and will be determined based on the size and scope of the project. Rush services are available for an additional fee. When production begins, cancellation of any orders are discouraged. However, if in the case you need to cancel, we understand, but please be advised that any payment received up to this point will be non-refundable. If the production of the project is near completion, we are unable to accept any cancellation.
